Continued error message

I have been getting a message for a couple of months now whenever I log in to PayPal that I need to supply information or my account will be limited.  All my information is current, but I still get the message. I contacted PayPal a month or two ago, and was told that I shouldn't have any more issues.  As of today, I am still getting the messages.  I have attached two screenshots; note that there are zero open or closed case for the last year, and although there is a message to provide more information, there is no indication of what is needed where.

 

Has anyone else run into this problem, or know how to get rid of the continued dialogs?

Are you able to use the account as normal, otherwise? If so, ignore it.  

 

Could just be a display issue on PayPal's end. Try clearing your browser cookies cache, and history, to see if that would get rid of it.
