Closing account

Hi,

I registered my account 2 years ago in Slovakia. But now I have a residence permit in Poland. 

My account is limited now, I can't withdraw money and close my account.

I've sent my Residence Permit to Paypal but nothing happened.

This account is linked with Payoneer bank account. Today I've got notification that I have to verify my account with a card but I can't link the Payoneer card to my account.

Can you help me ?

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

but what about money? I have money on my account. And I can't send or withdraw it.

Not a lot you can do about that unfortunately.
