Cannot seem to link bank account after many attempts...

I am using the option to log in to my bank account with my username and password through PayPal to link the two but I keep getting stuck with a loading icon for the "Getting Final Details" on the linking bank page. I have green checkmarks for the connection to the bank and verifying credentials. 

 

I have tried this on several different browsers and devices and let it load for a long while (despite PayPal assuring me I am seconds away from enjoying the feature...) 

 

Suggestions?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.  Then restart device and browser to try again.

Actually, I'm not clear what you are trying to do do.  Are you trying to log into your bank account from PayPal?  I don't think PalPal supports logging into an external bank account.

What bank are you using?

So I click link bank. It gives me the list of options and my bank is Wells Fargo. I click Wells Fargo and then it tells me I can log in using my Wells Fargo bank account log in to link pay pal with Wells Fargo. On my desktop it even auto populates the fields but I manually enter it anyway to assure it is 100% correct. Then I click log in and get stuck. I've tried manually entering in my routing and account numbers and have the same issue.
