Can't confirm debit card

 Hello,

I linked my debit card with my account and tried to confirm it, but there is no place where to put the 4 digit code that I get. There is only "edit" link under my card. How can I fix this?

I can't do almost anything with my Paypal account this way.

 

I find a similar posts here, but the "solution" is a link that sends me to a page to register a new card. But the card is already added and PayPal charged me. What will happen with this charge if I remove the card and try to add and confirm it again?

The card is Visa and it's from Bugarian bank account.

What you mean? There are different accounts for different countries?

I have a regular account in paypal.com. When I change https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home with https://www.paypal.com/bg/myaccount/home I didnt see anything different

When you open a paypal account you choose what country you are in.

 

Paypal is country specific and normally you have to add cards / bank accounts from within that country.

 

Click on profile (icon next to log out) and under account options should be the country of your paypal account.

Everything is o.k. there: Nationality - Bulgaria

I forget to write this:
Actually I had a place to write a code, but it dissapear. First time when I try, I write there something different in a mystake- when I ask for confirmation I call to the bank and they tell me a long 10 or 12 digits number (transaction number I think) and I put the last 4 digits in Paypal. I try this 2 or 3 times. After this in my bank account I see the real code what I need, but next time when I login in paypal, there was no option for confirmation.

OK if you tried and failed to enter the code x3 times then it would be disabled.

 

You would have to contact customer services and ask them to re-set it again for you  OR try removing it and re-adding it but that does not always work.

I write to customer services, but they just send me a link for a page where I can add a new card. And now I have a notification "Please confirm your debit or credit card....etc.." when I click there I go to the same page for adding cards.

Well, I remove the card and add it again, but nothing happend, except that I was charged again. I still can only edit the card, no option for confirmation.
