Can't confirm debit card

I added my debit card to my account and Paypal charged $1.95. I see the confirm code in the statement, but there is no where to input the code on the Paypal website. How can i fix this problem? Thanks.

Hi wz86,

Thanks for reaching out to us here! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble confirming your card. To enter the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm your card there should be a notification on your home page. Otherwise:

1. Log in to your account and click Wallet.
2. Click the card you're confirming.
3. Enter the 4-digit PayPal code and submit.

I went to link confirmed card, and it still shows that my card in not confirmed and I still can't send money to family in europe even though I have plenty of money in my paypal account. Is so frustrating!

Would like to add if Paypal is so safe, why are there always so many glitches with their security systems???

where can i find the code? on the other hand one thing thats confusing is, my account number was accepted and is the primary on my paypal, the debit card info i put in is under same account number  have, only difference is the card number. Hope to hear from someone soon. if there is a way we could speak with someone over the phone to walk us thru would be much appreciated.
