Can´t add bank account

Hello!

Earlier I have a bank account on Pay Pa, but I have a new bank account, and I would like to add on Pay Pal, but when I add information of Bank and click on "Add bank account", I get this error message: "You cannot add a bank at this time." 

Please help me!!!

Have you used that bank account for PayPal account in the past?

Is the bank acceptable for PayPal?  Not all banks are.

Yes, I use this bank earlier, and I havent got problem...

That may be the problem.  If you had that bank account linked to a PayPal account you cannot use it again.  It would have to be removed from another account first.

If its linked to another paypal account you can contact customer services and they can remove it for you so you can add it to your new paypal account.
