Can't able to login in paypal account

I registered in paypal with my one number. I lost that number now when ever i tried to login paypal sending otp on that number and its asking for otp/code to enter. what can i login in my account and update my new number. i changed password also but at time of login its asking mobile number sent code. please help me in this regards.
