So I know Paypal. I've been here for years. Randomly, after my name was finally updated in the system, my email somehow unconfirmed itself. I literally have no idea it was possible. I know the drill, Settings > Email > Edit > Confirm Email, but the thing is, it being my primary email, it says it can't be edited, and there is no option available for sending an email confirmation.
