Yes I start with a sad face, Sadly I haven't been able to resolve this issue for 2 months and 9 days exactly. So far I have been requested to submit to Paypal, personal documents such as SSN, Proof of Residency, PhotoID and such, The thing is that I have been trying up to exhaustion, to EXPLAIN Paypal that I have sent already my SSN... That's alright since they accepted it... The other thing is missing is my PhotoID! I CANNOT SEND my PhotoID! Since I currently can't simply because I moved from my old country to the United States, and I haven't yet made the transfer from my old Driver's license to the new one (current place I'm at) so because of that, I cannot send them the PhotoID.
It's the ONLY thing missing, apart from another little problem I have been having with sending documents is that I have sent them like 3 pictures already of a copy of my Health Insurance letter I received, with my readable name printed on it, and clearly showing my physical address. The uploader tool is sending the images, but keeps auto-declining them, all of them says the same Error: "Information Received-Not Accepted please resubmit Reason: Document did not contain Requested information" like if it were just against me or something, You know there is a delay if Paypal reviews the documents, but NOT for me, they just get auto-canceles. It sounds crazy but it is, I have been compressing images down since the uploading has a max. size of 5MB so I have to send very little images in size so the size cap doesn't gets full so fast.
Some Service Representative Help me please! I want to buy things on eBay I Have been client of you for LOOOOOOOONG time! and I have never had any problems! And my eBay account as well is very old! I have made so many purchases without any problems now I come across this and this is preventing me from selling and buying!
