I'm traveling in China and I use VPNs to surf internet. I guess due to this my account has been locked. I called the customer service and they send me an email told they are reviewing my account and need I to provide some documents. But there is no upload link address nor fax number nor email address that I can send my documents, and since my account has been locked that I can't even log in, so there is no place for me to handle my case. I'm very unsatisfied with the help system. Can someone help my case(PP-004-217-945-458 RXI000)?
