i keep getting emails supposedly from paypal saying to upgrade info or my account will be limited in 48 hours but when i log on there is nothing there is this a scam ?

More than likely a spoof email trying to hijack your log in info.
DO NOT log in via any link within that email or you will give that info away.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
