US customer buy from my website can not make payment through paypal when shipping to the address different from the billing address.I'm using paypal express.Is there any solution? I have called the tech support and been told for security reason the transaction blocked if ship to different address other than billing. I'm using paypal express, maybe paypal pro will solve the problem?
