I am having a problem with my subscribers. They have been complaining that their subscriptions are not processing. They wither get "Payment Skipped" or "Automatic Payments Suspended". I have done some research and apparently it is caused by the customers side however, this does not appear to be the case. I asked my subscribers to contact PayPal about this and PayPal told them that the issue is on my side and that my settings are set to only attempt to collect the subscription fee 1 time after a failed attempt. Currently it says This profile will be suspended after attempt: 1
My question is, how do I increase this number? How do I increase the number of attempts that my membership can collect payments for before the customers profile gets suspended?
