why this case was closed

Hi,

I ordered some staff on gearbest.com,    the items have never arrived and I opened I case,  ad send message using Paypal resolution center:

Today I'm checking it and it is closed without any notification.   What is happening?

ok did you pay via their checkout stream OR did you pay an invoice or money request OR did you use the send money option and if so was it goods / services or family /friends?

ok then its very odd that it was closed, can you appeal it? There should be an appeal option in the resolution centre.

there is no appeal button,  but why it was closed?

support contacted me and requested further info, lets see what they can do.
