So, i bought a groupon deal for a salon. When I was trying to use this groupon for today's service, the lady at the at the salon said i cannot use this groupon because i have been to her place once before. So, i asked if she can simply use as a credit and then I pay the difference from my pocket. To my surprise she said no!
I emailed and called Groupon to refund me this amount or credit to my account since I do use Groupon few times per year. Groupon said they cannot help me because i should read the fine print. And I believe in my case the fine print said this groupon only for first time customers.
I want to dispute with pay pal to get my money back or credit to my account for the amount I paid which is $56.50. I can't find anywhere on Paypal for the dispute. Can anyone in this forum help me or show me where to go? And why is it so hard to find the place to dispute in Paypal? Any help is much appreciated:)
