i am making an order for goods to a sister company that did not fulfill an order i made a year ago but paid for. i have written them many times without and response. i want to pay for an order of goods but wonder if i pay through paypal if there is any recourse for me to get back my money if the sister company does not fulfill the order like the the original did. thank you for your help about guarantees or dispute procedures and support through paypal. bless you, greg
Paypal offers buyer protection but it can never be a 100% coverall for everything so you really need to read up on it yourself so you can risk assess your transactions.
