open dispute

Hi,

I have an open dispute, and it says "The seller has been asked to respond by 23 Feb 2018."

How can I get this case resolved as its still open and the date has passed.

Hi, normally once the deadline given to the seller has been reached paypal will review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.

So give PayPal til say Monday to review it and give their decision?
