Has anyone had any experience ordering from FingerlingsMonkeyShop.com? I placed an order & it appears that this may be a fraudulent site.  The order was placed on Dec 5th, no further updates from them other than my payment, via PayPal, was sent to daijianyong llc. All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Do I have options to get my money back, & notify someone of this illegal activity?

I also placed an order on FingerlingsMonkeyShop.com; my order was placed on 12/12/17, and I have received an initial Order Confirmation and a Shipment Confirmation since then. However, my payment went through PayPal to Leephyda E-Commerce Holdings LLC. I am also suspicious about this website merchant; my Shipment Confirmation provided a USPS Tracking Number that was obviously erroneous. I have just emailed the merchant's Customer Support; that message has not bounced back.

Do I have options to get my money back, & notify someone of this illegal activity?

I was also given an invalid USPS tracking #. My order was placed Dec 5 and they wasted no time taking the money out of my bank account via Paypal.  The phone number provided in Contacts goes to voice message & my call was never returned. I would like my money back & also would like to report this business as a fraud & a scam.

I placed an order for 3 on 12/7/17 on the same website and I have heard nothing back from them. The payment went to someone or some company named Leephyda E-Commerce Holdings LLC, which was not even on the website. I am disputing it with paypal becasue I can't even track the package. There is another company out there selling them that I bought two from on 12/10/17 and I still have not received or heard anything from them either. I disputed theirs also.

You need to dispute the transaction with PayPal, they will help you out!

The Company I ordered from apparently goes by several different names: daijianyong llc or the www.fingerspinnerstore.com. There is listed as contact information a totally non-responsive email address of fingerspinnerstore at outlook.  I have never received my order, though is has a "Shipping Status" of shipped.  I think this company is s a total scam. I do not expect to ever get the product.

Hi there, I had the exact same problem. I ordered two Fingerling Monkeys from the Fingerlingsmonkeyshop.com. A few days later a got an update saying they had shipped. On the order it said 5-14 business days. The tracking number said that it was an USPS tracking number, but it was invalid. So I tried it with Canada Post and it worked. But I only got that it had left China and no updates. So I wrote to them beginning of January and they actually replied telling me, they could not do anything, but it should arrive soon. Well, they monkeys arrived today, January 31st and guess what, they are totally FAKE. Cheap Knock-Offs. I just wrote an email to them. I want my money back. Has anyone here who wrote earlier, received their stuff? Was it Fake, too?

I ordered a purple fingerling and a fingerling gym on December 7, 2017.  Leephyda E-Commerce Holding LLC immediately charged my PayPal account $36.98. I expected delivery before Christmas. It took until the middle of January for the items to arrive only after I put in a complaint. The gym is useless and does not work. My Grand-daughter said this fingerling doesn't work correctly like my other fingerlings.  Within a week the fingerling did not work at all. The fingerling was bought through FingerlingsMonkeyShop.com with Leephyda E-Commerce Holding LLC taking the money from my PayPal account. This is a rip-off. Do not purchase anything from these people.
