So I click report a problem, then I filed a dispute for a certain payment, it asked me for info and so I put in the evidence I had, then immediately it escalated, without asking me, and has been awaiting the sellers response for a few days. BUT when I click view dispute comments, it has my evidence.
so, my question is, is the info I put in actually evidence? or was that just a comment...
if it is handled by a person ,not a robot,then all comments are reviewed ,so it is evidence,then it will be treated as evidence.
robot does not read email,watch movie,just the hard cold fact,if item not as described,then return item with tracking,if item not received,what does tracking show.
