So I click report a problem, then I filed a dispute for a certain payment, it asked me for info and so I put in the evidence I had, then immediately it escalated, without asking me, and has been awaiting the sellers response for a few days. BUT when I click view dispute comments, it has my evidence. so, my question is, is the info I put in actually evidence? or was that just a comment...
