What is going to happen next when the other party does not respond to a dispute/claim?
I have to wait until April 5th but Im 90 percent sure the other party is not going to respond regarding my issue. (Sold fake bag through eBay).
What would happen if the other party doesnt respond at all?
Would I have to return the bag in order to recieve a full refund? Or can I just destroy(keep) the item?

Fake bag, eh? PayPal will likely find in your favor, if you escalated to claim and provided adequate proof it is fake bag. They may or may not ask you to return it, if they don't then you get the money released to your account, case closed. If they do make you return it for some reason, you do so with tracking and signature confirmation to be on the safe side, then money gets refunded to you upon delivery of return.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
