What happen after the case being closed without response from seller

My dispute case will automatically close on March 15, 2018, but the seller has not responded yet. 

Is the case going to decide in my favor by issuing my a refund OR I need to escalate the claim and reviewed by Paypal for further investigation and then issue a refund it the reason is plausible?
