Unable to file a dispute, seller's account has been closed

I tried to be nice with the seller and now I have receieved no refund check in the mail and my buyer protection ends the 28th. The seller in question told me they had their account closed by PayPal (I should have screamed my way to the resolution page right then and there, lesson learned) so when I go to file a dispute it leads to "we are sorry, something went wrong, please try again later" and I have been trying all night, I am very concerned I am never going to see my money ever again.
