Trouble with Resolution Center and LinkShe

Hello, 

Has anyone had a catch 22 with the resolution center and LinkShe?  This chinese clothier sent me two items I needed to return due to damaged garment and one being too small.  They offered me 30% of the price and this didn't seem fair. I escallated to paypal and they agreed I deserved to return the items but required that I provide a tracking number.  So I go to UPS and it cost $140 to ship with a tracking number and the total items cost $78!  Now paypal is only giving me two choices in the resolution center.  Cancel the claim or provide the tracking number!   This is so frustrating.  I know from returning to other Chinese clothes companies, I would ship to a US location and it cost me only $20 to return so this is really not a fair business practice. 

 

Has anyone else had any luck with resolving an issue like this.  How to do I get to Palpal when they won't give me the option t continue to fight this company.

If you bought it through paypal but through a credit card you should be able to open a dispute and possibly get a refund that way. Unfortunately if you used paypal funds directly they require you to return the item at your expense before they will refund you. It costs triple what the item costs to return. Bad policy. Don't give up though. This LinkShe should not be getting away with this!!!

I communicated with Linkshe threw the website opening a ticket They responded to me in less than 24 hours. they gave me an address in Maryland to return items and within a week I had 100% refund through PayPal on my credit card You just have to keep going back to the link she site to see the status of your ticket to see the response. I think they suck but I have to say I did get what I wanted very officially in terms of refund I never involved PayPal

What address did they give you? I would love to return my items but they closed my ticket request on their website without responding to it and won't let me open a new one (even though it has still been less than 30 days since I received the items).

Neither of mine fit... weren't even CLOSE! One was easily 3 sizes too small and one was several sizes too large.. even though they were supposed to be a LG. They offered me a partial refund also.. Pay Pal is now saying I have to return it to China to receive my money back.... so far, the big thing I have learned is to not bother to use PayPal (since they won't stand behind poor quality and mismarked items).. I will just use a credit card...

I raised it on PayPal and also threatened them with trading standards. Today I received a response their address is room2078 #15-3 building

I too just received my order. Its too small and cheaply made. Also damaged. What do we do to get a refund? If this is how PayPal handles issues, I will never use them again.

If you paid through paypal but from a credit card you should be able to open a dispute and get refunded without returning but if you paid directly from your paypal funds they won't refund if you don't return the item and show proof. It costs so much to return that it isn't worth it. You can ask for a one time courtesy and they may make an exception like they did with me.

I've been battling with LinkShe for months with no success. Until I outlined my problem on this site a week ago. This morning I received an email that ILinkShe refunded 100% of my entire order. PayPal, you the best!!
