I communicated with Linkshe threw the website opening a ticket They responded to me in less than 24 hours. they gave me an address in Maryland to return items and within a week I had 100% refund through PayPal on my credit card You just have to keep going back to the link she site to see the status of your ticket to see the response. I think they suck but I have to say I did get what I wanted very officially in terms of refund I never involved PayPal

You can contact them by opening a ticket on their website. They responded to me within 24 hours and gave me Maryland address to return with RA number. Got full refund in a week.

I was given an address to return very mis-sized stuff to Linkshe in Maryland. I paid for the shipping. Made sure to get signature. And full refund in about 10 days. Too bad. Their stuff looks so nice but but but .,,,
