Dispute after 20 days possible?

I've never had to dispute a transaction before, but I realized the company/website I purchased an item from isn't used or moderated. I went to dispute it, wrote a message to the sender despite knowing I wouldn't receive an answer, and mistakenly read that I had to wait 20 days to allow them to respond, not that I had to escalate the case within those 20 days.

So the case auto closed, and now it seems like there's nothing I can do.

Is there anything I can do?

You have 30 days with Ebay and 180 days with Paypal and your cc issuer.

But your case is now closed, and cannot be open again,so if you have used a credit card, file chargeback with your cc issuer.
