Transaction with product not being delivered or refunded.

Hello!  I had a transaction with a individual that never delivered the product.  I have contacted her several times for a refunded but she either doesn't respond to my message or will say she will see.  I have done all I know to do I just want my refund.  I am not the only person she has done this to either.  She took down her site on which she was selling on facebook.  You also can't pull up her personal account anymore either.  I have messages I have sent her as well as the message she sent my mom & another customer she dealt with.  The other people are getting in contact with the police.  Please help me stop her from doing this to more people & to get my refund.  I have filed a dispute & called paypal to see what to do for this.  They were helpful but I need more help in getting this resolved soon.

You can escalate your dispute to a claim to make the process faster. But take note, PayPal will get involved on this and they will decide the rightful decision based on the documentations the seller and you provided.
