Hey guys,

i am using paypal to buy my hosting services and today i got fishy payment.
User information and buyer information are very different and he tryed first to put 30$ on balance, later 20$ and then decided to buy on plan for 9$.
I had almost same situation in past and got chargeback fee.
What should i do now? I already contacted customer, but still no answer.

What are the details of the transaction on your PayPal summary page on your computer?

You mean this one?
(The sender of this payment is Non-U.S. - Unverified)

Sad i can't check IP via my website, because we have some issues with it.

Nothing really suspicious about the non-verified U. S.    It just means the sender is not U. S. and does not have a fully verified account.

It's the other details that matter.

Where was the sale adverstised?

What was the product?

How will it be shipped?

Have you had past issues with PayPal payments?

What type of shoppign cart are you using?

Google Adwords at this moment.
The product is a hosting plan. Just a shared hosting.
No need to ship, since its digital goodies. Automatic activation after payment.

Yeah, i had 2 payments and later got "buyer did not authorize purchase". Same guy did use someone else bank account.
First payments in my life, didn't know about that stuff. Later got chargeback fee, but PayPal explained the whole situation and I got money back.

We are using ISPSystem for accepting payments.

Here is information from our billing system. Looks pretty fishy.

Still many websites accept payments via PayPal to get digital stuff.

You just have to check manually all payments thats all.
If you are selling **bleep** = everyone will ask for refund.
