Seller of Service did Not Provide

I paid alot of money for a seller to make me a profitable seller on Amazon.  It has been 4 months of skype, emails and texting, but no real progress. 

I have NO amazon products in hand, NO amazon product pictures or listings.  I have months of chats and skypes that I can copy and send for proof.

I filed for a refund (seller had a money back guarantee).  Any reason why I would not see this end in my favor?

Money back guarantee means nothing to PayPal.  PayPal does not enforce seller warranties.

You could file a PayPal dispute for item not received.
