SO FRUSTRATED

I have been trying...for the past week or so... to get ANY response to my questions.   I have an order from a company, dated Jan 2nd that I never received.  I emailed them 3 times and kept being told that yes, they could see the order was delayed/stalled.  The last time I wrote to them the email bounced back.   I HAVE gone to the paypal resolution pages...twice now.... and asked to please escalate this issue.   

 

As of this morning, I have received my THIRD notice that if I don't ask to have this issue resoved by Mar 18th, they will close it.  I have NO idea what to do at this point!

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
