I have wasted hours trying to explain why a company was fraudulent and shouldn’t be allowed to charge me. They asked for documentation but the resolution center won’t take it. I can’t simply hit reply to an email. Does anybody have a functioning email address to a customer service person associated with PayPal? Anybody have a supervisor number? Anybody have a snail mail address I can send this info to?? This has been going on thru 4 phone calls and emails that I can not respond to. Help??? It may be time for bbb and legal help if this continues. How do you run a business like this?

I am dealing with the resolution center on trying to do the paypal guarantee. They listed the claim wrong and I have made 14 calls to try and get it resolved but they don't read the notes or just don't know what to do. I got an item off ebay and after a month the cell phone I got stopped working they listed it as an item not listed correctly I never said the seller listed it wrong there was a bad chip in the item. I have faxed and mailed in my bills to try and get it fixed and yet today they wrote back saying that the seller listed the item correctly. I am so frustrated any help with talking to someone in the dispute department
