I am trying to find answer why I havent received the funds from a refund. The dispute was completed on August 7 and Paypal says it allows up to 30 days in order to be credited to its original funding source. I funded the original payment through debit card. But until now, Oct 12, my paypal balance is still zero.
Calling PP is not an option since I am not from the US.
