Bare with me on this one, I'm going to explain for context. So, I contacted someone on FB about a Funko POP I'd like to purchase from them. Now, I heard many stories of never giving money to someone you DON'T PERSONALLY know using Friends and Family. But I'd like to pay them and be covered. However, if I choose the Paying a Seller option, he's forced to pay the fees. So, do I have protection if I pay with F&F or is there a way to pay via Seller and NOT charge him the fees?
