I filed a dispute and received this today

We Have Issued You a Provisional Credit

We have issued you a provisional credit in the amount of $ USD. This credit should appear in your PayPal balance or your original method of payment within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep in mind that this credit could be debited if your claim is later denied.

How long do they have to deny it?

we are volunteers,we dont know the circumstances the credit is given.

with a credit card chargeback,when you file a chargeback with your cc issuer,it wil give you this credit until the case is decided.
