Hello Good evening, Community Paypal!
To days I have one facing a problem of limitation of the Paypal Account, I sent several emails and until now none was answered. This contempt of Paypal is affecting my work. I need to resolve this soon, so I joined the community to see if anyone could help me. In the resolution center I sent my Identity Card but I do not work with any bank at the moment. The card that I work is Pre Paid and it is also not possible to confirm it as there is no monthly invoice. I already changed the password and also changed my security questions with Paypal had requested unsuccessfully so far.
I am desperate for solutions to a few days and I no longer know what to do, please help me ...

You need to describe the reason for the limitation if you want suggestions for resolution.

Do the submitted documents exactly match the detials of your account.  Do names and addresses match.

 

What did you do to cause the limitation?

I was trying to pay a friend, I had the corresponding amount on the card ... But I did not know I was going to have a fee and I ended up making some attempts that were declined. And so they limited my account .. I believe that was it!
I have sent all the documents that are possible to solve the problem ... As I said before, the only thing I do not have is an account in the bank at the moment, because I do everything online in my negotiations so I dispense banks.
All documents are in my name, my account is 80% verified.

When make multiple attempts to processes a payment with each one failing due to funding issues PayPal will limit the account to prevent fraud.  The multiple attempts will appear as suspicious activity to PayPal.

Now PayPal needs to be absolutely certain about your identity.  A person will likely have to investigate the failed attempts to send money and also investigate you identity.

PayPal will likely also investigate the attempted recipient of the money to make sure that person has no issues.

With a fee on the payment it would have been for goods and services so PayPal will look at your identity and past activities to see if you actually sell items.

You could phone PayPal customer serviice to see if you could help by explaining what happened.

It will probably be a slow process for the investigation.

I'm not afraid not, because he was not practicing anything out of the correct standards. This is my card again and I was testing to see how was the operation in matters of configurations Paypal to avoid the fees. Whenever I picked up a new card realize a test to set the Paypal agreement. Yes I could connect to Paypal put my English is super weak, I would not be able to stable communication with the attendant. For that reason I'm trying via email with the help of a translator. As I said above not have anything to fear, problem is to wait all this time for a resolution of the problem .. This account was new, I believe this helped Paypal limit myself ... Now my card linked to this account and can not remove, complicated this situation.

I would suggest you stay away from Paypal and find another way to run your business.

Not a good idea to try and avoid fees.  These cards and payment processors provide a service.  If people keep on avoiding fees, the service will become more expensive in the long run for everyone.  People keep harping on about PayPal reaping interest off stored money, but hey if it helps them keeps fees low as possible or rare rate increases and offer a couple of free services, I can't get mad at it and particularly when I agree away my right to the interest when I sign up.  Plus it is against PayPal Acceptable use policy to test cards for their behaviors so no doubt why your account was limited.

The problem is that all people work with Paypal ... I ended up failing to test the card ... I'll wait to see what Paypal tells me ... So far I did not get any answers ... But thank you very much for the help Of you friends!
