I bought Escape from Tarkov(game) and and upgrade pack (basicly dlc) and Region unlock(I bught wrong version of upgrade so it was lock to US only I had to pay to unlock it and be able to play from EU) so basicly 3 purchases. Since it was a preorder and it had no actual RELEASE DATE I asked for a refund which I got but only for one purchase which was the Main game, now I have 2 other not refunded DLCs which are useless. I already contacted Paypal but I only got the Automated Message(Open a dispute) which is not an option since I already did that and they closed it.
Each PayPal transction is separate so you need to dispute each one individually an on it's own merits unrelated to the other 2.
Suggest you file a not-received dispute for each. Keep it simple and make it fit PayPal buyer-seller protections. Read and understand the policies. Click on the "legal agreements" below for all of that.
Why is that Paypal does not read any emails. I always get the same automated email saying I have to call them if I want something. I live in Hungary I will not call them, it would cost me a lot and my english is not that good to speak with someone on Phone. Why can't they just email back!?
Well tgey tild me they would write back in 24 hours. It has been 3 days and nothing since. All i got was an automated message saying i should open a dispute of ibhave problems with a purchase.
