Paypal dispute review, newegg problem

Hello, I purchased a Brand New CPU from Newegg using Paypal. When I received the CPU and opened the box, the CPU was physically damaged. I obviously filed for a RMA with newegg to have it replaced as they have a 30 day replacement policy for cpu's. Upon the return, they refused to replace it, citing "physical damage" which I literally told them it was the first time I opened the package. Anyways, since it the CPU was with them, I filed for a dispute and had my case escalated. After a week, Newegg finally responsed to the case and now a PayPal specialist is reviewing my case. I want to know, in your opinion, how likely will I win this case and how long does these specialist case review take? Thanks, Reed
