Hi all, I was just wondering what my options are if I have paid someone for a service in which they never provided, in regards to getting my money refunded? It was a transfer of $50 to an email account through PayPal. I have nothing documented from either side really except for the transaction record. I asked the person to refund it and am still waiting to hear from them. Basically want to know if I'm **bleep** or what to do? Thanks in advance for any direction or guidance given!
