I did not receive the item i bought, because the seller scammed me on online buying, he was also banned in this website. I already escalate the claim to Paypal. And the status of this claim is "Awaiting other party's response". Paypal gave the seller within 10 days to communicate and the deadline is Dec 15. But today is already Dec 16. And Paypal still not solve the problem for me to refund me the money. Please help

It is just about the claim i escalated to paypal, already reached to the deadline Dec 15 about waiting for response from seller. And now is Dec 16. And i need to refund the money to me soon. The seller scammed me about this product. So how many days Paypal will continue my claim?

No idea.  It depends on the item purchased, the location, the destination, buyer/seller protection.

PayPal will make the final decsion in the dispute.

i meant paypal said to give the seller deadline 15th Dec to response. But today is already 16th Dec and in my country Korea, already 17th Dec. So i dont know when Paypal will continue to solve this problem.

No way of knowing.  You may actually loose the claim.

Why would you spend over $2,000 for a pair of shoes?  This seems like an extremely high risk of failure from an unknown merchant.

 

Does PayPal have an online tracking number to show delivery or even shippment.

 

Where is the seller located?

 

Did you receive one shoe or no shoes?

Is the case closed?  If not, why do you think you are losing your money?

 

Unless there are other issues or the seller provides a tracking number, the case SHOULD close in your favor.
