Hi, i recently purchased something on ebay, soon after that ebay deleted the sellers account. I have been in contact with the seller and they told me to file a non- receipt case on paypal so that he could send me the item and get the payment. He told me it would protect me because he will not have access to the money until I receive the item. Does this sound accurate and safe?
