Hi, I done fencing for one lady 4 months ago. She was happy with what it. She paid part through bank and part through Paypal which was strange to me. And now she opened case for refund. she saying fence not fitted how she wanted (incorrectly), but I have all emails from her about job, where she was completely happy and ready to pay some cash on top. I tried to contact her, but she is writing that she will contact me later, but this not happening. Should I escalate it through Paypal or keep trying to contact her? And what are my chances?
