So I sold something to a kid a few weeks ago( almost a month) and he filed a case on the transaction. I sold him an acc I had for a game and he paid me 75$ for it, but a few days ago i checked paypal, and it said that a case was filed for the transaction, and I never did anything wrong. I really need help
You probably just didn't read and understand PayPal polcies.
There is no seller protection for selling virtual items. You sell them at your own risk. Just plan your business model and maintain reserve funds in your acocunt to take care of this type of refund.
Now you need to immediately pay back PayPal the money you owe. If you don't your acocunt will be limited and the debt will be sold to a debt collector to get the money from you.
