I bought some items from a Facebook group. Items never came. Seller has asked group to file claims on paypal. She is out of business and doesn't have the money to pay us back. She stated she's deleted paypal as well. Paypal is waiting on a response from her. (She deleted it) How long will it take to get a refund?
