Issue With Purchase Through Depop

Hi, I ordered an item through depop on September 25. The seller has not recieved the money for this item and i have lost contact with him. He said that he shipped it last friday, October 6 from the UK to Florida but i have still not recieved it.  I have already tried to open a claim with him, but it was decided in his favor. I tried to make another claim, and paypal says that he has not recieved payment for this item or that you have already opened a case against him. I was wondering if there is any way to get my money back as i have still not recieved the item. Thanks

I assume you paid as goods/services and not friends/family?

Did you already file a dispute with the resolution center?

If not open a disptue for item not received.

Yes, I did pay under goods/services. Unfortunately, i have already opened a case agaisnt this purchase but it was decidied in his favor. I just tried to file inder claim under item not received and it wouldn't let me. The reason was either "you have laready opened a claim on this item" or "the seller hasn't receieved payment for this item".

You only get one chance for a dispute.

The first dispute should have been for item not received.

If you paid with a credit card you could file a dispute with the credit card.
