if you have bought from this seller before,she has your address .
But you said you have moved,so if she wants to know your new address,it wont be from Paypal,it couldbe from USPS if you have asked them to forward mail.

As far as I know your new mailing address will not be given to the seller.
You should ignore all emails and invoices from the seller. Don't give the seller any indication you even exist.
