I sold a perfectly good aluminum Christmas tree to a idiot with zero feedback on EBay. I went out of my way to overnight it to this **bleep**. The moment she opened it, she requested a refund. It was the exact tree I took down, boxed up and sent to her. She filed a resolution with paypal. They sided with her. Now I am out my tree, the money and shipping. PayPal says the matter is closed. I say it is not. I sold my paypal stock, will never use this company again and tell anyone who will listen about this situation. I used them for over 15 years and get treated like this. Siding with a buyer with zero feedback. Please let me know who I can file a complaint against to look into this companies practices. I can see why EBay changed companies to Adyen.
