They are a complete scam and not to be trusted at all. They told me my product had been shipped and that I had received it, when I hadn't. There was no destination address for the tracking number they eventually provided. They then stated they would send me another, again no destination address for the supposed tracking number, only a different country to the one I live in. Paypal were great and after escalating it they found in my favour and refunded the payment.
I believe Geep and Goop were trying to fob me off until after the Paypal escalation cut off date when it would have been too late for me to make a claim. Nothing ever did arrive in the post like they promised.
