I still have not received my item

Hi, I ordered an item through depop on September 25. The seller has not recieved the money for this item and i have lost contact with him. He said that he shipped it last friday, October 6 from the UK to Florida but i have still not recieved it.  I have already tried to open a claim with him, but it was decided in his favor. I tried to make another claim, and paypal says that he has not recieved payment for this item or that you have already opened a case against him. I was wondering if there is any way to get my money back as i have still not recieved the item. Thanks

What are the details of the transaction the PayPal activity list on your computer?

Under the activity list, it shows the transactions as completed. However, the seller has told me that he has not recieved the money.

File a PayPal dispute for item not received.

I’ve tried but it either says that I have already made a claim or that he hasn’t receieved my payment. I don’t know what to do because of that
