I bought a brand new Iphone 8 (Tmobile) I used it for 4 months then it stopped working because T-mobile blocked the ESN due to non payment of phone .
What is the best way to approach this? Seller is willing to accept my return and give me a new one. Should I listen to seller and just ship it back or should I open a dispute first and let it go there? Is this protected under the 180 days policy
