I just realized when I pay did not select the 1st option from Paypal, I selected Credit or debit card , it still says Payments processed by Paypal but I do no see it in my paypal account , do i stll have the 180 days

The seller suggested I just communicate thru ebay messages and not thru pay dispute because he say it will hurt his record, should I open a dispute anyway and do it thru there or just send the phone back to him and this is covered under 180 days to right

I bought a brand new Iphone 8 (Tmobile) I used it for 4 months then it stopped working because T-mobile blocked the ESN due to non payment of phone . What is the best way to approach this? Seller is willing to accept my return and give me a new one. Should I listen to seller and just ship it back or should I open a dispute first and let it go there? Is this protected under the 180 days policy

I am in the same situation except I am the customer. I bought a brand new t-mobile iphone 8. it was working fine for a few months then the 4th month i stopped getting signal. I called T-mobile they told me there is a ESN block because the person did not pay off their phone so T-mobile blocked it. So what can I do?
